Refurbishment and single storey roof extension to the existing building including new reception and fit out of CAT A office grade space, over a gross internal area of 87,000 ft2. Challenges included using innovative construction methods of ‘jacking up’ the existing top two floors and inserting a new floor below’. Sustainability accreditations include BREEAM Very Good.
