Commercial office refurbishment and extension over a gross internal area of 38,000 ft2.
Works involved a rooftop extension, new high-performance windows, repositioning of the stair core whilst retaining as much structure as possible and high sustainable targets providing 24,000 ft2 of commercial office space and 2,500 ft2 of affordable office space.
