One Smart’s Place, London WC1

This existing building has been completely refurbished to include two additional levels to provide circa 35,000sqft of CAT A office grade space and 4,500sqft of ground level retail space.

Challenges include relocating the main stair core to provide the most efficient office layout, installing a new fa├žade in a very constrained logistical site and a new rear extension within a land locked space.
