Commercial office refurbishment and extension over a gross internal area of 17,000 ft2 including 1,700 ft2 of retail.
The deep retrofit comprehensively overhauls the existing building, bringing this aged asset up to date while in keeping with the developing streetscape. Works include rooftop and rear extensions, upgraded front fa?ade, high specification finishes throughout the front of house areas and office floors. Most of the original structure will be retained, providing a best-in-class, low-carbon office space. Sustainability targets include BREEAM Excellent and WELL Gold.
