This award winning project was recognised for its sustainable design and construction including the Building Awards “Retrofit Project of the Year 2024”, Property Week ESG Edge Awards “Outstanding Carbon Reduction Initiative of the Year 2024”, Constructing Excellence South East Award “Climate Action Award 2024”. The building achieved the UK’s first NABERS UK design-reviewed 5.5 Star target rating.
