Retail unit refurbishment and extension, over a gross internal area of 14,300 ft2.
Works include creating shell spaces for multiple retail units, food & beverage units, offices to Cat A fit-out, and a full public realm upgrade connecting the whole masterplan development.
Challenges include working within confined spaces, constrained logistics, phasing between the buildings and maintaining access to occupied buildings within the courtyard.
Sustainability target is BREEAM Very Good.
